Nigerians Urged To Embrace FG’s CNG Initiative

Nigerians have been urged to use compressed natural gas (CNG) as 15 CNG buses were handed over to Ekiti State. Engr. Michael Oluwagbemi, the Programme Director and CEO of the Presidential Compressed Natural Gas Initiative (PCNGI), encouraged citizens to maintain their faith in President Bola Tinubu’s efforts to revamp the country’s economy.

As he handed over the 15 buses and unveiled seven initial CNG conversion centers, Oluwagbemi highlighted the initiative’s potential to transform the local economy.

“The aim is to provide a cleaner, cheaper, and more reliable fuel that can turn the waste of over $12.5 billion of gas in the last five years into an opportunity for the people,” he said.
