Insight Global News learned that the amiable, perfect gentleman died early on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024.
Circumstances surrounding his death are still very sketchy at the time of filling this report.
However, it was gathered that his administration distributed vehicles to police formations in his council area on Friday, 1 November 2024.
Late Chairman Olakanle was sworn in by Gov. Sanwo-Olu in 2020 after the demise of his predecessor Mr. Babatunde Oke who also died in office at deep of his second tenure.
This would be the second time the Council Chairman in Onigbongbo LCDA would die in office during their second term.
