The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) has congratulated Nigerians who have won elections in foreign countries.
Four Nigerians, a United States-born Nigerian, Dr Oye Owolewa (District of Columbia), Chiaka Barry, (Ginninderra District, Australia), Segun Adeyina, (Georgia, USA), and Yemi Mobolade, (Colorado Springs, USA) won elections into various elective positions.
In a congratulatory message to them contained in a statement signed by the Director of Media, Public Relations, and Protocols at NiDCOM, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, NiDCOM Chairman/ CEO, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, hailed their victory at the polls.
The NiDCOM boss applauded them for breaking political records and setting standards for their different places of residence.
