Eid-El-Fitr: President Tinubu Asks Nigerians To Continue Good Deeds Of Ramadan

President Bola Tinubu has called on Nigerians to maintain the good practices instilled during the month of Ramadan.

He made the appeal shortly after attending the Eid-El-Fitr prayers at the National Eid Ground in Abuja on Sunday.

The President urged citizens to avoid reverting to past behaviors and instead lead lives rooted in piety and a commitment to good deeds.

Vice President Kashim Shettima, Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, several members of the Federal Executive Council, and lawmakers were also present at the Eid ground.

Muslims in Nigeria and around the world are celebrating Eid-El-Fitr, marking the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan.

Eid-El-Fitr, the festival of breaking the fast, is a time for gratitude, charity, and communal unity. The celebration begins with special Eid prayers at mosques and open spaces. Afterward, families come together to share festive meals, exchange gifts, and offer warm greetings.
