The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed shock over the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari, describing him as an iconic leader, statesman, and patriot whose legacy of integrity, discipline, and service will live on.
In a statement by National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka, the APC highlighted Buhari’s contributions from his leadership of the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF), to his roles as Military Head of State, and later, two-term democratic President.
The Party lauded his resilience and loyalty, calling him a true party man whose unwavering determination helped redefine Nigeria’s political landscape. The APC extended condolences to his family, President Bola Tinubu, and the nation, praying for Buhari’s peaceful rest.
