President Bola Tinubu has approved a special expanded session of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) to honour the late former President Muhammadu Buhari. The session will hold on Thursday, July 17, at 5 p.m., and will be led by President Tinubu himself.
The tribute session will include leaders from the National Assembly, Judiciary, and members of Buhari’s family. A special prayer will be held Friday at the National Mosque, and a church service on Sunday, July 20.
Buhari died on July 13 in London, aged 82.
