Grammy-nominated artist Davido has earned a Silver Certification in the United Kingdom for his fourth studio album, “Timeless.”
Since its release on March 31, 2023, the 17-track project has shattered multiple streaming records across platforms such as Spotify Nigeria, Audiomack, Boomplay, and YouTube.
Blending a variety of genres including Afrobeats, dancehall, reggae, konto, highlife, and Afropop, “Timeless” features standout collaborations with renowned artists like Asake, Skepta, Dexta Daps, Fave, The Cavemen, and Angelique Kidjo.
The album has not only achieved commercial success but also critical acclaim, earning Davido a Grammy nomination for Best Global Album, along with a Headies nomination for Song of the Year.
Its hit tracks “Unavailable” and “Feel” have both received Grammy nods in the categories of Best African Song Performance and Best Global Song Performance, respectively.
To support the album, Davido launched the “Timeless Tour” with performances in major cities including Washington D.C., Toronto, New York, and London, further cementing his global reach and influence.
