Vice President Kashim Shettima presided over the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting on Thursday, held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
In attendance were the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum and Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazak, as well as the Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma.
Also present were the governors of Zamfara, Jigawa, Lagos, Anambra, Gombe, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Benue, and Ondo states, as well as the Sole Administrator representing Rivers State.
