Nigeria and Colombia have opened a new chapter in bilateral relations as Vice President Kashim Shettima hosted his Colombian counterpart, Francia Márquez, in Abuja. Speaking at a gala dinner on Sunday night, Shettima described the visit as the beginning of a stronger diplomatic and economic partnership rooted in shared values and a common destiny.
The visit, which marks over 50 years of diplomatic ties, aims to foster deeper political cooperation, economic ventures, and cultural exchange between both nations.
