Amid unverified reports suggesting that the Minister was seriously ill, Edun was seen actively participating in a high-level economic meeting at Fraser Suites in Abuja, where he joined the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, in hosting a delegation from Qatar.
