The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced that Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The announcement was made by the APC National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, during the party’s 14th National Caucus meeting held at the State House Conference Centre in Abuja.
Yilwatda stated that the governor’s defection means the APC now has control of all states in the North Central region.
The meeting, which is still ongoing, is being attended by President Bola Tinubu and six governors who recently defected from the PDP to the APC.
