Celebrity chef Hilda Baci has kicked off 2026 on a high note after announcing that she is now a three-time Guinness World Records holder, further cementing her place in culinary history.

Sharing the exciting news on social media, Hilda revealed that the latest recognition came as a surprise, months after her widely celebrated Nigerian jollof rice record.

According to her, she discovered the update while casually checking her emails and was both shocked and overjoyed by the news.

“I woke up a three-time Guinness World Records holder and I’m still trying to process it. What a way to step into 2026,” she wrote. “Five months after the initial record announcement, I was just finding out that there was more.”

Reflecting on the milestone, Hilda described the moment as a powerful reminder of faith and unexpected blessings, expressing gratitude for the journey and the continued recognition of her work.

Hilda first etched her name into the Guinness World Records on September 12, 2025, after collaborating with Gino Nigeria to prepare the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice at Eko Hotels and Suites in Lagos. The dish weighed an astonishing 8,780 kilograms, and the record was officially confirmed on September 15, 2025, following thorough verification of cooking standards and food distribution guidelines.

Earlier, in 2023, she gained global attention after setting the record for the longest cooking marathon, cooking continuously for 93 hours and 11 minutes.

With this latest confirmation, Hilda Baci now holds three Guinness World Records, an achievement that highlights her dedication, resilience, and influence in the global culinary space.
