“I woke up a three-time Guinness World Records holder and I’m still trying to process it. What a way to step into 2026,” she wrote. “Five months after the initial record announcement, I was just finding out that there was more.”

The dish weighed an astonishing 8,780 kilograms, and the record was officially confirmed on September 15, 2025, following thorough verification of cooking standards and food distribution guidelines.
Earlier, in 2023, she gained global attention after setting the record for the longest cooking marathon, cooking continuously for 93 hours and 11 minutes.
With this latest confirmation, Hilda Baci now holds three Guinness World Records, an achievement that highlights her dedication, resilience, and influence in the global culinary space.
