Former IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei has called on Gulf leaders to intervene and prevent further escalation in the Middle East, warning against a potential regional crisis.
Reacting to fresh threats from Donald Trump over tensions with Iran, ElBaradei cautioned that the situation could spiral into widespread conflict if not urgently addressed.

Trump had earlier issued a stark ultimatum to Iran, warning of severe consequences if a deal is not reached, further heightening tensions in an already volatile region.
