President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended birthday wishes to Nigerian business magnate Aliko Dangote, commending his significant role in advancing economic growth and industrialisation in Nigeria and across Africa.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu described Dangote as a shining example of African entrepreneurship whose investments have transformed key sectors of the economy.
The President praised Dangote’s vision, resilience, and innovation, noting that his efforts have strengthened Nigeria’s position as a major hub for petrochemical and cement production.
He also highlighted landmark projects such as the Dangote Refinery and the conglomerate’s cement plants across Africa, emphasizing their impact on job creation and infrastructure development.
Tinubu further applauded Dangote’s philanthropic contributions through the Dangote Foundation, acknowledging its influence in improving health, education, and reducing poverty.
