President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Saheed Ademola Elegushi, the Elegushi of Ikate-Elegushi Kingdom in Lagos State, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.
In a statement released by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President praised the monarch’s leadership and his contributions to community development.
Tinubu highlighted Oba Elegushi’s ability to blend tradition with modernity, noting his use of technology and global best practices to drive development, especially in agriculture and skills acquisition within his domain.
Reflecting on their past working relationship during his tenure as Lagos State governor, the President recalled the monarch’s strong sense of empathy and compassion for people, describing his leadership as impactful and people-oriented.
He concluded by wishing the monarch a long life, good health, and continued service to his community.
