The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kebbi State has successfully elected its state executives through a consensus-driven process, reinforcing internal unity ahead of upcoming elections. Party leaders used the occasion to rally support, urging Nigerians—particularly residents of Kebbi—to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and actively participate in the electoral process.
Former governorship candidate and retired Major General, Aminu Bande, called on citizens to unite and vote out the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), citing the need to address ongoing challenges facing the nation. Similarly, former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, encouraged party members to remain committed, expressing confidence in the ADC’s growing strength in the state.
Party officials confirmed that the congresses—held across wards, local government areas, and at the state level—were conducted peacefully and in line with electoral guidelines, culminating in the emergence of new state executives through affirmation.
