Popular Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo has reportedly passed away.
According to a Nollywood source who spoke anonymously, the actor was rushed to the hospital on Monday after allegedly battling kidney cancer for some time.
The source revealed that Alex Ekubo died on Tuesday afternoon after spending several hours on life support.
Concerns about the actor’s health first surfaced in May 2025 following his prolonged absence from social media, which sparked widespread speculation among fans and colleagues.
