The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially invited stakeholders to the collation and declaration of the party’s Presidential Primary Election results.
In a formal invitation signed by the National Secretary, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, Ph.D., BL, the party announced that the high-profile event will take place on Sunday, 24th May 2026.According to the invitation:
- Date: Sunday, 24th May, 2026
- Time: 10:00 a.m.
- Venue: President Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre, Abuja, FCT
The collation exercise is expected to be attended by top party leaders, including members of the National Working Committee (NWC), National Caucus, National Executive Committee (NEC), serving APC members of the National Assembly, Federal Executive Council members, and other critical stakeholders.
Also invited are representatives of women, youth, persons with disabilities, media personalities, social media influencers, diplomatic corps, observers, and officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Attendance has been strictly restricted to invited guests only. Invited guests are expected to be accredited from 7:00 a.m. at the Old Parade Ground, Area 10, Garki, Abuja, from where they will be conveyed to the venue.
All State Coordinators and Collation Officers have also been directed to arrive in Abuja by Saturday evening in preparation for the exercise.
This event is a significant step towards the APC’s preparation for the next general elections, as the party moves to formally ratify its presidential candidate.
