Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who served as the APC Presidential Primary Collation Officer in Lagos State, said the exercise was successfully concluded in a peaceful and orderly manner.
The governor disclosed that Bola Ahmed Tinubu secured 814,988 votes, while Mr. Stanley Osifo polled 1,186 votes in the primary election.
According to him, the exercise recorded 900,553 registered party members, with 816,174 accredited voters and a total of 816,174 votes cast.
Sanwo-Olu commended party members for their participation, dedication, and unity throughout the process, noting that their commitment and belief in the future of the country continue to inspire confidence and hope.
