ADC Presidential Aspirant Hayatu-Deen Boycotts Result Announcement, Alleges Rigging

Mohammed Hayatu-Deen, one of the aspirants seeking the ADC presidential ticket for the 2027 election, has refused to participate in the announcement of the party’s primary results over alleged irregularities.

Hayatu-Deen claimed there were widespread reports of vote rigging across the country, raising concerns about the credibility of the exercise.

The contest for the ADC presidential ticket involves former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi, and Hayatu-Deen.

Meanwhile, Atiku is reported to have secured victories in at least five states as collation continues nationwide.
