Governor Sanwo-Olu reaffirms commitment to a greater Lagos

Lagos State Governor has reiterated his commitment to building a “Greater Lagos,” reflecting on seven years in office and outlining priorities as his administration enters its final 365 days.

Speaking on his tenure, the governor said he took office with a pledge to listen, work tirelessly, and deliver a Lagos that serves all residents.

He noted that while the administration never promised instant solutions, it committed to steady and measurable progress, which he said has been reflected in key developments across the state.

According to him, major investments in rail infrastructure, road networks, schools, hospitals, housing, job creation, and technology have significantly improved living conditions and expanded opportunities for residents.

He added that each completed project represents the outcome of collective effort and a shared vision for a more inclusive and prosperous Lagos.

The governor, however, emphasized that the job is not yet complete, stressing that the remaining one year of the administration will be dedicated to completing ongoing projects and strengthening the foundations for sustainable development.

He assured Lagos residents that his government remains focused on delivering results and will continue to work to justify the trust placed in it.
