The Commissioner of Police in Kwara State, Adekimi Ojo, has warned officers and men of the command against misconduct, indiscipline, extortion, and abuse of authority, declaring that the era of impunity within the Nigeria Police Force is over.
Speaking during a strategic briefing with senior officers, Ojo stressed that any personnel found engaging in unprofessional conduct or actions capable of bringing the Force into disrepute would face strict disciplinary measures. He also urged officers to adhere to the Force’s social media policy and strengthen community engagement to enhance security across the state.
