The Senate and House of Representatives have postponed their resumption from September 23 to Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
Clerk to the National Assembly, Kamoru Ogunlana, announced the new date in a statement on Tuesday, citing directives from the presiding officers of both chambers.
While plenary activities remain on hold, committee work will continue as scheduled. Lawmakers and the public have been advised to adjust accordingly.
