The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has charged local contractors to focus on delivering quality projects following a five-day capacity-building workshop held in Warri, Delta State.
Organised in collaboration with Tosdere Nigeria Limited, the training equipped 40 contractors with essential skills for thriving in the oil and gas sector.
Executive Secretary of NCDMB, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe — represented by Dr. Abraham Apereseimokomo Alfred — emphasized the importance of leadership, business excellence, and host community integration in project execution.
Tosdere CEO, Chief Eugene Ikomi, encouraged participants to apply the knowledge gained, stressing that the training was designed to enhance project standards across the sector.
Participants commended the initiative, describing it as insightful and impactful.
