The Democratic Republic of the Congo has marked 100 days since the declaration of its latest Ebola outbreak, with the deadly disease continuing to spread through communities already grappling with conflict, displacement and food insecurity.
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) says the response remains insufficient, warning that affected communities need greater humanitarian and medical support to contain the outbreak.
The ongoing crisis has placed additional pressure on already vulnerable populations, while health workers continue efforts to control transmission and provide care to those affected.
MSF is urging increased support and a stronger response to help prevent the outbreak from worsening.
