Eti-Osa East Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has marked the first anniversary of the administration of its Executive Chairman, Biliaminu Samson Agunbiade, with a celebration showcasing one year of purposeful leadership, sustainable development and grassroots progress.
A major highlight of the event was the presentation of two newly acquired coastal buses to the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Eti-Osa East LCDA Chapter, and the Council of Baales, aimed at enhancing service delivery and community engagement.
The ceremony also recognised outstanding individuals and organisations with Meritorious Service and Recognition Awards for their contributions to the growth and development of the council.
Speaking at the event, Chairman Agunbiade presented a comprehensive scorecard of his administration, highlighting key achievements recorded over the past year and reaffirming his commitment to delivering more people-oriented projects.
Held at the Council Secretariat, the anniversary celebration brought together government officials, traditional leaders, community stakeholders and residents to reflect on the administration’s milestones while renewing their collective commitment to advancing grassroots development and improving the quality of life for the people of Eti-Osa East LCDA.
