Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, has met with the Prelate of the Methodist Church of Nigeria, His Eminence Dr Oliver Ali Aba, as part of his ongoing consultations with religious and community leaders across the state.
Hamzat said the engagement provided an opportunity to listen to those serving communities and better understand issues affecting residents.

He expressed appreciation to the Methodist Church Prelate for his time, counsel and prayers, adding that he remained committed to working with stakeholders across Lagos.
Hamzat said the consultations would also help build on existing achievements while identifying areas requiring further attention in the state.

The meeting is part of a series of engagements Hamzat has held with religious leaders and faith-based organisations in recent weeks.
