Repairs will resume at the Kara Bridge end of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway from Tuesday, September 8, 2026, with the work expected to last about two weeks.
Motorists using the Kara Bridge are advised to plan their journeys ahead, leave earlier than usual and avoid driving against traffic.
Road users are also encouraged to check traffic conditions before setting out to help minimise delays and ensure a smoother journey.
