Ikorodu Local Government Area marks an impactful first year of Prince Abdullateef Adedayo Ladega in office with a free medical outreach.
Members from across the seven political wards in Ikorodu LG converged in their numbers at the Ita-Elewa Open Field to benefit from the council’s free health mission for a vibrant and healthy Ikorodu.
Over five hundred residents were screened for various health issues, including blood pressure, blood sugar, tuberculosis, and eye tests. Not only was their health status ascertained, but drugs and free eye glasses were also administered accordingly.
The beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the council leadership for the free medical outreach, which they described as a welcome gesture.
