The Lagos State Government has commenced registration for the Second Run of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) Screening into the state’s Model Colleges and Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools.
The exercise, organised by the Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education through the Lagos State Examinations Board (LSEB), is aimed at giving eligible candidates who missed the first screening another opportunity to gain admission.
According to the Registrar of the Lagos State Examinations Board, Adebayo Orunsolu, registration runs from July 14 to August 15, 2026, with a registration fee of ₦10,000 per candidate.
Orunsolu explained that the second screening is specifically for candidates who were unable to participate in the first exercise due to clashes with examinations conducted by other examination bodies.
Prospective candidates are advised to complete their registration through the Board’s online portal before the deadline and carefully follow all application guidelines.
The CBT screening will take place from August 21 to 22, 2026, at the Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC), Magodo, Lagos, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
The Board also notified applicants that Vetland Junior Grammar School, Ifako-Ijaiye, and Eva-Adelaja Girls’ Junior Secondary School, Bariga, are not available as school options during registration.
Parents and candidates have been encouraged to register early and ensure full compliance with all requirements for a smooth application process.
