Lagos residents can now report potholes, refuse heaps, blocked drains and other community issues directly to the state government through the Lagos State Citizens Gate platform.
The platform provides residents with a direct channel to lodge complaints, request government intervention and access public services without relying solely on informal channels within their communities.
Residents can use the platform to draw the attention of relevant government authorities to issues requiring prompt intervention, helping to improve communication between citizens and the state government.
The state government has encouraged residents to take advantage of the platform by reporting challenges within their communities and providing relevant details to support effective response and follow-up.
