Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah has welcomed his third child, a baby boy named Lail.
Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan revealed the news, saying Salah travelled from Turkey to England to be with his wife following the birth.
Salah’s sister, Rabab, later confirmed the arrival and revealed the newborn’s name in a Facebook post.
Lail is Salah’s third child with his wife, following daughters Makka and Kayan.
Salah’s trip to England could see him miss Trabzonspor’s Turkish league clash against Genclerbirligi on Sunday.
The Egyptian forward joined Trabzonspor this summer after ending a successful nine-year spell with Liverpool, where he won multiple domestic and European honours.
