A member of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Ibrahim Abdullahi Sa’ad, has expressed concern over the disappearance of mattresses, fans and other items he donated to Umaisha General Hospital.
The lawmaker, who represents Ugya/Umaisha Constituency, reportedly visited the hospital on Saturday to assess its condition and was surprised to discover that the donated items were no longer in use.
Sa’ad said the matter would be reported to the Nasarawa State Hospital Management Board for investigation and possible recovery.
He stressed that donations to public hospitals are meant to improve healthcare delivery and enhance the welfare of patients.
