For residents of Oto Awori LCDA, the first year of the Kareem Abiodun administration has brought interventions across key areas of community development.
In Shibiri, the commissioning of Kareem Street is expected to improve access and movement for residents, while the commissioning of Ilemba-Awori Primary School adds to educational infrastructure within the LCDA.
Security operations also received attention with the presentation of operational vehicles to security operatives, aimed at strengthening their ability to respond to security needs across the community.
For residents and artisans, the empowerment programme provided grants and start-up tools to help strengthen businesses and create opportunities for improved livelihoods.
