The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the August 15, 2026 Osun State election, Bola Oyebamiji, has congratulated Governor Ademola Adeleke on his victory as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Speaking to APC members and supporters on the outcome of the election and preparations for the 2027 general elections, Oyebamiji urged Governor Adeleke, as the state’s Chief Security Officer, to take immediate action to end alleged killings, harassment and intimidation of APC members and supporters across the state.
Oyebamiji also expressed appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his support before, during and after the election.
He further commended former Osun State Governor, Bisi Akande, for his counsel, support and contributions to the party.
