The FCT Police Command has arrested two sisters and a couple for allegedly faking a kidnapping incident in Abuja.
According to spokesperson Josephine Adeh, the suspects conspired to stage the abduction and demanded ₦5 million ransom from their own family.
Mr. Innocent, the father of 16-year-old LeadWay Innocent, had reported her missing on July 30 after she failed to return home from an exam she was scheduled to take on July 18 at Government Secondary School, Karu.
