Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, has expressed appreciation to the South-West Arewa Community of the Renewed Hope Agenda for its commitment to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration and support for his re-election bid alongside Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Hamzat disclosed this after joining Governor Sanwo-Olu to receive members of the group, led by its Director-General, Shehu Usman Jibrin, at Lagos House, Ikeja.
He commended the group for its willingness to serve as a support platform for the re-election of President Tinubu and his own bid to become the next Governor of Lagos State.
The Deputy Governor said the group’s confidence and support were deeply appreciated, stressing that he looked forward to continuing the journey with them in the interest of Lagos State and Nigeria.
