Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, on Friday performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the Luxury Collection Building, an upscale real estate development by Artee Industries Limited, located on Glover Road, Ikoyi.
Speaking at the event, Governor Sanwo-Olu described the project as another strong indication of investors’ growing confidence in Lagos as a preferred destination for business and investment.
He noted that the Lagos State Government remains committed to creating an enabling environment where businesses can thrive through strategic investments in infrastructure, improved ease of doing business, and investor-friendly policies.
According to the Governor, developments such as the Luxury Collection Building will not only enhance the city’s landscape but also create employment opportunities, stimulate economic activities, and contribute to the continued growth of the State’s economy.
He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to fostering sustainable development and attracting more private sector investments that deliver long-term value for residents.
Governor Sanwo-Olu expressed optimism that upon completion, the Luxury Collection Building would become a significant addition to Lagos’ premium real estate landscape and further strengthen Ikoyi’s position as one of the city’s leading commercial and residential destinations.
