Governor Fubara to deliver 13.52km road linking Rivers beaches by March
Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has assured that the ongoing construction of the 13.52-kilometre Ngo–Atlantic–Oyorokoto Road will be completed and commissioned by March next year.
