The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced that its 2026/2027 Post-UTME Aptitude Test will hold from July 27 to July 31, while warning candidates to strictly adhere to examination guidelines or risk disqualification.
In a statement issued by the Registrar and Secretary to Council, Mrs. Abosede Wickliffe, the university said the screening exercise will be conducted online under remotely proctored conditions, requiring candidates to use only laptops with built-in webcams and microphones.
UNILAG prohibited the use of mobile phones, tablets, external webcams, headphones, smart glasses, and other electronic devices during the examination. Candidates are also expected to remain alone in a quiet environment, maintain stable internet connectivity and power supply, and participate in the mandatory mock examination before July 25 to verify system compatibility.
The university further warned candidates against patronising unauthorised individuals or centres, stressing that the screening will be conducted exclusively online and that any form of impersonation or examination malpractice could lead to the cancellation of applications or results.
