The West African Examinations Council has announced the release of the 2026 First Series Computer-Based WASSCE (CB-WASSCE) results for private candidates.
In a statement shared on X, WAEC disclosed that candidates who participated in the examination will be able to access their results within 12 hours.
The council noted that the swift release highlights its commitment to improving service delivery through technology and more efficient examination processes. It also appreciated stakeholders for their support in ensuring a successful conduct of the exams.
The CB-WASSCE is part of WAEC’s broader efforts to modernize its examination system and enhance the experience for private candidates through computer-based testing. Candidates are advised to check their results via official WAEC platforms once available.
