Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has expressed deep empathy with victims and residents of Angwan Rukuba, Jos North LGA, following the Palm Sunday attack that left the community devastated.
In a statement, Governor Mutfwang said: “Your pain is my pain,” assuring residents that his administration is fully committed to restoring peace and guaranteeing safety. He also vowed that justice will be served for the victims.
Additional security personnel have been deployed to the affected area, and the state government is actively providing support while assessing the extent of damage. Governor Mutfwang urged residents to remain calm and continue cooperating with security agencies.
