Federal Hospitals With Reduced Dialysis Costs – Presidency

President Bola Tinubu has approved the reduction of kidney dialysis fees from ₦50,000 to ₦12,000 in federal hospitals nationwide.
This was disclosed by his Special Adviser on Policy Information, Daniel Bwala, who said the subsidy is already being implemented across major federal medical centres and teaching hospitals.

Hospitals Offering Subsidised Dialysis:

  1. FMC, Ebute-Metta – Lagos
  2. FMC, Jabi – Abuja
  3. University College Hospital (UCH) – Ibadan, Oyo
  4. FMC, Owerri – Imo
  5. University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH) – Borno
  6. FMC, Abeokuta – Ogun
  7. Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) – Lagos
  8. FMC, Azare – Bauchi
  9. University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) – Edo
  10. University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) – Cross River

The policy aims to ease the financial burden on patients battling kidney disease across the country.
