Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Aondona Dajoh, has officially resigned from his position.
In a letter dated August 24, 2025, and personally signed by him, Dajoh stated that the decision was made “in good faith and in the best interest of the state.”
He expressed gratitude to his colleagues for the opportunity to serve as Speaker and affirmed his continued commitment to representing the Gboko West State Constituency as a legislator.
