29-year-old reality TV star, media personality, and makeup artist Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, is attempting to set a new Guinness World Record for the most cosmetic makeovers completed by an individual in 24 hours.
As part of the Tacha’s Beauty Festival, the challenge began at 8 p.m. on October 11 and will run until 8 p.m. on October 12. Tacha’s goal is to complete 150 full makeovers within the 24-hour timeframe.
So far, she has made remarkable progress—completing 115 makeovers in just 12 hours, averaging about 4 minutes per person.
According to the event manager, Tacha has already surpassed the current world record of 113 makeovers, held by Swapnil Shinde, an Indian-origin makeup artist.
With several hours left to go, all eyes are on Tacha as she pushes not only to break but also to significantly raise the bar for this beauty world record.
