The Presidency has dismissed as false a viral claim suggesting that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has replaced his Chief of Staff, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, with the Principal Private Secretary, Hakeem Muri-Okunola.
It clarified that there has been no change in appointments, stressing that Gbajabiamila remains Chief of Staff while Muri-Okunola continues in his current role.
The Presidency described the report as a fabrication by purveyors of fake news aimed at causing unnecessary tension, and urged Nigerians and media organisations to verify information before sharing.
