Abuja — The Federal Government of Nigeria has recognized the outstanding efforts of educators by awarding ₦50 million to the Best Teacher of the Year. In addition, ₦25 million each was awarded to several other distinguished teachers for their contributions to education.
The announcement was made as part of a broader initiative to support and incentivize educators, with the FG also unveiling the EduRevamp online portal. This platform is designed to foster professional development and continuous learning for teachers, offering access to training materials, courses, and resources aimed at enhancing educational standards across the country.
