President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Makurdi, the capital of Benue State, amid growing concerns over recent violent attacks that have resulted in multiple fatalities.
The President landed at Makurdi Airport, situated within the Nigerian Air Force’s Tactical Air Command base, at around 12:58 pm on Tuesday.
He is set to hold meetings with key state stakeholders following the deadly massacre in Yelwata, Guma Local Government Area, an incident that has sparked nationwide outrage.
